We are adding a new facility to our fixed seat full season package for our next season. This will be a brand new facility build. The trouble is the rollovers - what is the best way to keep our subscribers in their seats in the 2 existing facilities while adding in the new facility?
We currently have a super package comprised of 2 fixed seat sub packages, one for each venue, that we roll over. Is there a way to add the new venue as a third sub package, complete the rollover, and then manually seat patrons in the new facility once the rollover utility has been run?

I would recommend building a dummy performance with that new facility and seating your patrons in that, and then rolling the patrons from the dummy performance into the new theatre season so you don't have to seat as much after you've rolled all of your folks over to the new season.
Thanks Amber! So if I were to build the facility now, create a dummy performance in it, add it to a NEW sub package, and seat all of our rollover patrons in it, then we could feasibly roll them over when it's time by doing 3 rollovers instead of 2?
You'd create the dummy package now, and seat the patrons in that facility now, yes! Then you build whatever show is going to be in that new facility for your next season. Then, you add that new facility to the super package with the new show (not the dummy package performance). Then, you roll everyone over as if the dummy performance was part of this last season, and roll like normal. You will have some folks who don't transfer over, but it should be minimal.
