Hi there,We are exploring implementing SYOS within TNEW for some of our events. While the functionality works great for our front-facing seating banks, we do have some facilities that have a curve in the seating bank. In order to accurately represent the seating bank for our ticket buyers, we are researching a solution. Does anyone have any experience working with any partners or have any web developers that have successfully achieved this? I found this 2019 article that features Substrakt and Shakespeare's Globe. Both Adage (Smart Seat) and Made Media (Seat Curve) offer options which would be a good place to start. We use Made in both single tickets and packages and probably made it a little harder on them than it should have been with the latter.

I will say that this is one of my biggest pet peeves with Tessitura as I was able to create my own curved seating maps in a much smaller (and less expensive) ticketing system out of the box over 20 years ago. It is somewhat comical that we don't have an out of the box ability (to my knowledge) to rotate sections to accurately depict the true orientation of seats in our venues.
