I'm interested in putting our Full season sponsor logo on our ticket stock using Tessitura. It's a black and white logo, so perhaps it is fairly simple to do?
I'm quite curious to know what can be expected in terms of quality for this very important sponsor logo.
Any feedback from those who have used Tessitura for this purpose would be very helpful.

If high quality is a concern and you have the option to do so, it may be easier to order ticket stock with the logo pre-printed on there. In my limited experience with printing graphics through the ticket design in Tessitura on the thermal printer, it never resulted in the kind of quality you may be expecting. The last time we did it - I had to save the image as a monochromatic, low resolution .pcx bitmap. I can't provide anymore help off the top of my head - I'll look at my notes tomorrow if I get a chance.
I'll second Nathan's comments. The options with Tess and BOCA printers is very binary. You either print a pixel or you don't. We did exactly what you describe for a sponsored event last year. The quality wasn't great (not even gray scale) but the sponsors were happy with it in our case.
If you are going to put it in the ticket design (and not pre-printed on the stock) then the monochromatic .pcx format is your only option.
