I have a ticket in for this, but I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing it.
Our scanners have, one by one, started timing out when trying to log in to use Access Control. They all worked perfectly for a few weeks, then one errored and couldn't log in, then another, then another. Now we don't have any working scanners because they've all errored when trying to log in. The error we get is "Tessitura Access Control isn't responding."
Has anyone else seen this?
Ooh, this makes me nervous - our new season opens to public performances in a week! Was going to test our scanners on Monday, but might move that to today...
Our system is famously A Problem, so I would be surprised if anyone else had this issue, but I was curious.
