Hi all,
I keep discovering (hours later) that a scanner has been accidently set to Exit Mode and the user has continued to merrily scan people in as if they are entering (not exiting). This of course means that they get missed from our attendance reporting.
As we don't ever use the Exit Mode, I'd love to find out if it's possible to limit access to being able to use it or make sure it's never turned on. I haven't found a way so far, but wonder if anyone else has a good solution?
I know there is a large orange message on the screen clearly saying EXIT MODE; but the organisation is new to Tessitura, with a lot of casual staff and over two venues; so we're still trying to iron out these sorts of issues with ongoing refresher training.
