Four Pack Using Pricing Rules

Hello folks,

I'm trying to set up a seat volume pricing rule with a price type change - add four adult tickets for a specific performance to your cart, and the price type changes to value pack. However, I haven't had any success. The set up is as follows:

The pricing rule is associated with a pricing rule set. 

I'm sure I'm missing something completely obvious, but any advice would be appreciated!

    Hi Laura.

    Is the Pricing Rule Set you are using in place on the Mode of Sale that you are using (set up on first MoS tab)?

    Is the Price Type available in that Mode of Sale that you are using?

    Those tend to be the first two things I check when a rule isn't working and I know it's in a set already.
