I just put in a Support Ticket, but, in case anyone else has encountered this...Any ideas on why the Product Catalog would be returning the availability selection completely blank for a particular performance? We made some changes to Admission last night, which primarily included starting new price types and ending old ones. It was pretty straightforward (also price changes, text and title overrides).
I'm stumped on this one. Other performances are showing up fine.
Hi Michelle - I've seen this before when the base ticket price is not yet available due to a later on sale date for that ticket type. If one of the ticket prices on sale is switched to the b the base price the catalog comes back for us at least.
