"Print Unprinted" Tickets Not Available in Print Order Window

I am trying to check in a group. We need to print the tickets in order to get the BOCA header. 

The order said all the tickets were "SPD," but when I go to Print Order, all of the ticket options are greyed out. 

The order itself is not paid for; it says $1,500 due. We use fees to cover this type of group and then do a $0 Headcount ticket type to get actual attendance numbers. 

I added "Doors Open/Doors Close" times to the performance, and also made sure the "Printing" box was checked under that mode of sale. What else could be going wrong?

  • Is your Mode of Sale set to require payment in full before tickets can be printed? That could be one reason why printing isn't an option.


    You should still be able to print just a header card for the order if  that's what you need. You can hopefully uncheck the print boxes for tickets?

  • Dang it...I think you're right. I didn't think Fees would effect it as it's not a ticket cost. I just emailed our EDU coordinator who booked it to see about payment. 

    And I can print the header, but it won't scan or mark them attended under Group Entry by Order. It shoots an error saying it can't mark tickets as attended because there are no tickets. 

    Hopefully once we get payment in it'll fix it. Thanks!
