How have organizations used Tessitura to effectively manage online fees for priority groups such as Members or Subscribers?
1. If you charge an online fee per ticket, have you instilled a cap/maximum per order? e.g. online fees max out at $20 per order. How did you determine the point of resistance?
2. Have you waived online fees altogether for certain types of buyers during the priority booking period? If so, was this perk made available to the buyer for the entire season, or for a limited time?
3. Have you charged a flat online fee per order, regardless of number of tickets or order total? If so, how did you determine what the flat fee should be?
We have several membership levels that have various fee waivers. Most levels have free exchanges, some have fee-free presales orders, and the highest level has no fees year round. We have a per order fee rather than a per ticket fee - for orders and for exchanges.
