Hi, We are in the testing phase of introducing digital tickets being added to Apple / Google wallet. Is anyone already using this and do you know if all the tickets in an order or per performance can be added to the wallet in one go or does each individual seat ticket need to be individually added? Also if they are saved in Google wallet, is there functionality to forward tickets to other recipients? I have tested this with Apple wallet but not sure how it will work o Google. Thanks in advance!
Hi Annabel, we just started using mobile wallet functionality. From what I know, each ticket must be added to the wallet individually. I can't speak to the google wallet and forwarding, but the mobile ticket email can be forwarded and then added to the recipient's wallet.
