Hello Tessiturians –
I’m hoping you can help me – I’m looking to completely revamp my subscription refund policy for the 11/12 season and was wondering if you’re willing to either share your sub refund policy with me or other various suggestions that have worked for you in the past. Does anyone use a graduated refund policy, for example? Any help you can provide would be great.
Many thanks,
Jeremy Fry

Our official policy at Seattle Rep is that we offer full refunds up until the season begins. The unofficial policy (and what we actually do) is refund subscriptions at any point in the year, but only for shows that have not yet passed – they don’t get a refund on a show they actually saw (or could have seen).
