I’m looking at the potential for implementing a loyalty/reward scheme but would love to solicit some thoughts from all of you- do you have separate membership programs and loyalty schemes, is there anything you would have liked to include in your program, anything that should’ve been left off?... I have loads of ideas but need to narrow my focus a bit, I think. I’d be happy to share what I ultimately wind up doing with you, and would be super-appreciative for any info (even if it’s a ‘hey, here’s our website’ shout).
