I just recently built out composite tickets for our daily admission packages. However, last night I ran into an issue and I am wondering if anyone else has run into this and how they might have fixed it.
We have general admission, then sort of add ons in the package. However if someone had booked one of the add-ons for an earlier time then the general admission, we could not get their tickets to scan. Then if they did have the general admission first and an add-on second, we were not able to scan the ticket for the add-on. I kept getting an error "Event not authorized" and on the NSCAN I could see it was trying to mark for the general admission that they had already been scanned for. I could not get any of the composite tickets to scan multiple times for the other items on the ticket.
Any advice or know what I might have done wrong when setting these up?
