Barcode on Print at Home Tickets

So we're in the process of tweaking our template for our Print at Home Tickets and we're having issues with the size of the barcode.  In our testing it's showing up quite large and a bit lower than it should be.  We tried adjusting the height of the barcode in the ticket design and also the form field in the .pdf and nothing seems to work.  We're using the NSCAN no, which I know is larger than the ticket no, but even when I tried using the ticket no instead it didn't have any affect.  Has anyone else experienced this problem and how did you fix it?
