Constituency-Based Ranking - What am I Missing Here??

I cannot seem to get a ranking-based MOS shift to happen, and I'm wondering what I've missed here..

We're trying to do a couple of thing:

1)  Allow patrons with the volunteer or usher constituencies on their account to access gated performances not available to the general public

2) Create a centralized place for ushers to view all of the events they've registered for (I envision the use of the digital content functionality for this)

**Everything I'm talking about below was built out in TEST**

We've already set up rankings for our membership program, which (among other things) gives patrons access to pre-sales through our website if they have a membership constituency on their account (added by the local rankings procedure) This rank_type is "Web Access" and the point system is tiered in 10 point increments.

The newly created "Usher and Volunteer" constituency ranks are also assigned to the "Web Access" Rank type, but have points assigned in increments of 1,000 (Volunteer) and 2,000 (Usher).

In the TR_Web_Ranking table, the MOS is set to shift when a constituent records has a rank of 1,000+

In the performance build the "Rank Type" has been assigned to "Web Access":

and the Modes of Sale that the rankings logic should be available to flip to, have been added and are active:

I also checked that the "WebSales" user group has access to the volunteer and usher MOS:

I then added the corresponding Constituency to my account in TEST which prompted the ranking to populate:

However, when I sign into our TEST TNEW site, the performance is not available to me. I've re-set the cache of the TNEW site.. what am I doing wrong here?

  • Could it be that you need to reverse the Start Rank numbers (the lowest number) Start Rank needs to be the lowest number Priority?

We have the lowest Start Rank aligned with the lowest number (highest) priority. For example, (our rankings increase by 10's) our highest priority is 1 and the Start Rank is set to 10. The next highest priority 2 is set to a Start Rank of 20. Our lowest priority is 15 and the Start Rank is set to 140.
