Order Survey question - suppress after collecting response?

Hello! I fear I may already know the answer to this question, but thought I'd toss it out in case anyone has approached this before.

We have not used order survey functionality up to this point, but are thinking of rolling it out. We're interested in collecting patron birth years (not specific birthdates) to start building a better picture of general age demographics. The rub is, a birth year is static and won't change, so we only need to ask the question once!

We think we can build this out on our website so that if a survey answer is already present for the given customer_no, we can suppress displaying the question to them. But for our box office agents, I'm not sure an equivalent exists...does anyone know if there's a way to only pop up the survey window if the customer_no has not previously provided an answer? If that's impossible, we can set the order survey pop-up to 0 and coach the box office staff to ctrl+E in order to ask the question when needed - but I'd love to automate it more if we can.
