Hi all,
I have to process a donation refund for a constituent who used her Amex to give. If I were to refund the payment through an adjustment batch using the same Amex as the payment method, would the refund automatically get tracked on her personal Amex after the batch is closed or would I still have to cut her a check? We use Tessitura v15.
