Enhancing Customer Service

Many of you have already responded to me through my personal email and I thank you greatly, but a few of you have asked that I post this question here.  This way ideas can be shared.

I am the Customer Service Manager for The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. We own and operate several theaters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: Benedum Center (2800 seats), Byham Theater (1300 seats) and Cabaret at Theater Square (250 seats). We are currently looking for various ways to enhance our customer’s experience at our venues that is more than just a friendly smile at the door and an enjoyable show.

Could any of you possibly share with me any programs or ideas that your company currently offers either through Front of House or through the ticket sales process that help to make your customer’s interaction with your facility and staff more memorable?
