We're looking to enable discounted Youth pricing to be available alongside our regular full price tickets for all concerts, to make the cost a bit more accessible to families. Any orders with a youth ticket will only have the Box Office delivery method available to help prevent adults taking advantage of discounted pricing. This will also help us to ensure that all children under 15 are accompanied by an adult.
We've used pricing rules for various Family Pack-type offers, and we've thought about using a promo code here for unlock this youth pricing. However, we're reluctant to do that, because we want to make the youth pricing as accessible as possible, and we're not concerned with the combination/number of adult and youth tickets in the same order.
Is anyone doing anything similar? How do you administer this on TNEW (or is anyone doing this over the phone only?) I'd appreciate any thoughts/tips/feedback on this!

We have a child's price that is available for our holiday show without a promo code on TNEW. However, we've made it so that if you choose that price type you must pick the ticket up at will call and we have messaging that informs the patron that they will need to present the child(ren) with them at will call to pick up the tickets. If they do not have a child with them, then the price will be adjusted to full price.
