Extra Charge for Allocations

Hi,

We add a £X levy per ticket which is what we add to all tickets that we sell, this goes to our Heritage Fund. We don't add any other extra charges but very interested in seeing what other venues do. We find agency allocations are a considerable amount of work both in setup and reconciliation and try to avoid if we can!

The Extra Charge mentioned is solely for Agencies, they usually get a percentage of tickets to sell without incurring the extra charge, any further tickets they have after this are subject to this extra charge per ticket (limited to 50% of the capacity of the venue).
