Is there a way for box seat sponsors to manage their recipient information online?
The box seat sponsors at our venue get a set number of tickets to each show (which includes lounge access) to use as they see fit. Some use them as executive perks or for recruiting, others distribute their tickets to staff as rewards. That leaves us not knowing who will attend in the VIP lounge, no way to contact the ticket recipients directly in case of a cancellation or reschedule, and no way to follow up with the recipients for feedback or marketing,
We currently provide a spreadsheet listing the shows by date with a cell for each seat. An online interface for those sponsors would allow them to manage their own recipients while letting us capture the information we need.
Is there an interface we haven't found yet, or maybe a third party solution that could work with our app?
