Mobile Ticket Troubleshooting for Upcoming Events Page

Hi Everyone, 
I'm working with my friends at Modlin Center for the Performing Arts in Richmond, Virginia. We are trying to setup Mobile Tickets for their 2023-2024 Season. I've watched the webinar and have everything setup as directed.

I successfully received my QR Code ticket via email! Woohoo!



But the issue I am having is actually on the Upcoming Events page. There are two separate webpages in the screenshot below. You can see that I have the "Get My Tickets" button but I am getting a We're Sorry error on the subsequent page. 


 Eticket Release Date is set to Zero though I am fairly certain that field is connected only to PAH tix. Product Type Editor has been setup as directed below to ALWAYS AVAILABLE. 

What could I possibly be missing? Thanks for your help!
