Hi all,
Is there a way to remove fees from a screen in a facility? I have tickets for children under 3 that are free to book, but the computer is adding my per ticket fee onto the seat. I want a per ticket fee on the performance venue seats, but not on this children's section, built as a separate screen.
Is there a better way to set these children's tickets up that will alleviate this fee problem?

I do not believe there is an option to limit/control Fees based on the section/price zone/screen. Always room on the Ideas board for it, but I believe the way the majority of organizations control this is through price types which CAN be used to enable/disable fees. We have adult vs. children price types, and we use that to control which ones get which fees. Aside from a completely separate performance or very specific MOS or delivery method, which I doubt you wish to do, I cannot think of any other way to control fees for a certain group of ticket buyers as opposed to another group.

Since it's a per ticket fee and the < 3 ticket is free, you should be able to use the ticket price to control which tickets the fee gets applied to. So, if it's a zero dollar ticket, no fee. Let me know if you need help with this.
