I wanted to ask if anyone (especially museums, galleries, zoos etc) are using Tessitura for Gift Aid Annual Passes? We are thinking about offering a general admission ticket with Gift Aid that then entitles the customer to free entry for 12 months. Is anyone using Tessitura for a similar ticket?
We currently do Gift Aid as a pricing layer that adds a small donation to our standard ticket price. We did also set up a tiered membership scheme but have not launched it yet (we have only been on the system for 12 months and had other priorities).
