Mobile ticket delayed delivery for packages in v16

Hey friends, 

We're currently in the testing phase with v16, hoping to go live before we start our next season. We've been using mobile tickets for almost everything, subscriptions included, since 2021, but it's been clunky and frustrating for both my team and our patrons. I'm excited for our v16 upgrade, but I'm having some issues figuring out delayed delivery for tickets in package orders. 

So far, I have been able to set the etkt release date and have it function as expected re: the documentation for single tickets and exchange orders (we do exchanges in new orders, not in the original order). I tried setting up a package order and setting the etkt release date to a relative date before each performance, but all of the tickets in the order sent together at the first release date. Once they were marked as sent, they did not resend at the other relative release dates. Today, I thought to adjust the print settings to control which performances would print, and while that did in fact only send the desired ticket instead of the entire order, this isn't a workable solution for us. We need to be able to null-print individual tickets in packages to do exchanges prior to that etkt release date (specifically, this coming weekend). I'm wondering if anyone else has figured out a workable solution for delayed delivery with mobile tickets on package orders. 

Editing to add the solution we're trying: 

I have set our etkt release dates to 1 week before the first performance of a production for our package MOS. I set calendar reminders for 15 minutes before the etkt release time, when I will turn off printing for all other performances in the package until the mobile tickets send. I will turn printing back on for the other performances after mobile tickets are sent. In my testing, I believe this will be a workable solution for now, though it requires time sensitive manual work and is less than ideal. If anyone else tries this solution, I've been informed by support that we'll need to have the days in the past settings in our TPS configuration adjusted so that all of the relevant orders are pulled for the etkt release. For exchange and single ticket modes of sale, I'll set a relative date one week out. We've settled on the language "you will receive your mobile tickets at least one week prior to the performance" in communicating this to our patrons.
