My museum has been using regular receipt thermal paper on our 2 Lemur-C BOCA printers. We finally have our pricing and everything set up to where we think we can start selling in person before an event again. The issue is then we will need to print a ticket somehow to give to the patron to bring back on the day of the event.
I know from BOCA I can order thermal tickets. I just want to know if they will work in a Receipt Printer and how different the set-up is. We wouldn't need the actual tickets all that often, so we are only buying for 1 printer for now and would like the ability to swap the ticket paper with receipt paper as needed. Is that possible, and if so, how difficult is it?
