I'm curious why my QuickSale screen is so small and how I can fix it. I know there are available times for this performance, but I can't even scroll to see them. Yesterday, I tried the same thing on my colleague's laptop and hers was a little bigger. Does anyone know where this view is controlled?
It's larger on a desktop, but some of our ticketing happens exclusively on laptops so unfortunately switching to a desktop isn't always an option.

Hello Kristin! This is Margaret Lehtinen with Tessitura Network Support. We’re happy to assist you with this question. Before I create a ticket, I would like to suggest you try setting Citrix to High DPI on the laptop. I've put those instructions below:
Windows PC:
1. Go to the Citrix Receiver/Workspace icon in the lower right hand corner taskbar:
2. Right click and select 'Advanced Preferences' and then select 'High DPI':
3. Select 'Yes' to scale the session for high resolution:
4. Click 'Save' and restart Citrix by logging out completely and back in.
Mac OS for Workspace version 22.10 or greater:
1. Open the Citrix Workspace app and click on 'Preferences' from the menu:
2. On the General tab, check off the 'High DPI' option:
3. Close the Preferences window and restart Citrix by logging out completely and back in.
