We will be performing in a new venue in a few weeks and have consigned an allotment of tickets to their ticketing vendor (which I'm not sure if I can name here or not...). Does anyone have experience working with third-party vendors, and is it possible to somehow import their sales data into Tessitura so we have a better overall view of how things are going?

The orgs I've worked with do it regularly - venues we show at and 3rd parties. Some are easy (other Tess orgs) and easy adjacent (Ticketmaster if you have an inside contact and the secret knock) to down right painful (there are a few systems in this category). Learning alot about your XML sets will save the day.
