We will be performing in a new venue in a few weeks and have consigned an allotment of tickets to their ticketing vendor (which I'm not sure if I can name here or not...). Does anyone have experience working with third-party vendors, and is it possible to somehow import their sales data into Tessitura so we have a better overall view of how things are going?

It all depends on the data you can get out of that "other system", I think. There's the Tessitura Order Import utility (https://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System/Content/Order%20Import/Order%20Import%20Utility.htm ) that talks about the order import set/what you need to import and what's optional.some systems i've used have been very good about being able to output data in a Tess-friendly format, and others... just don't have it
Thanks Kathleen. At this point, I really only care about sales - tickets and dollars reporting all in one place. The whole data import is entirely an issue for later!
