We're the main licensee in a consortium and we're trying to figure out how to make online renewals work for one of our consortium members. Their season tickets are sold online in a mode of sale that's different from our default, which requires attaching a source to that mode of sale on the package level to trigger the necessary mode of sale switch to access their packages. This works great for selling to new subscribers, but we're pretty sure that using a package source is what's preventing their current subscribers from being able to renew their rollover packages online. Their season is built and live, so at this point, we can't make any major changes to the current setup, but I'm curious if anyone else has come across this problem and if so, did you find a workaround that allowed you to keep using the non-default mode of sale and source?
