How does your organization handle group sales with dynamic pricing? We need to be able to provide quotes to some groups who aren't able to commit right away but the price may change after the quote has been issued, is there an easy solution to be able to be able to honour that price days later?
We just state 25% off the ticketed rate as we have different price zones. Now if you quote a group rate before dynamic kicks in. You can mark that price type as editable, then edit the price for that group you quoted before dynamic pricing kicked in.
We hold group orders (seated, unpaid) for up to two weeks before requiring payment, so the order date locks in those prices.
We hold group orders seated, and unpaid for 30 days prior to the event, which holds the quote at the price for them through that time.
