What criteria do you use to determine commission?

We've only had one need so far for a commission report so we used T-Stats. I set it up to show number of tickets (we paid per seat) for each source and seat status (since we would pay the commission only on paid orders) for the applicable Performance. This was done in the Tickets cube. It worked great and kept us from spending time developing a custom report.
