I'm trying to create a very bare-bones user group with access to only constituent search functions and limited ticketing functions. I'm wondering how I can change access to QuickSale/Sales Layout buttons to be able to control which performances/memberships appear as buttons. For example, I'd like for this user group to be able to see only the General Admission button in QuickSale - no contribution option, no other membership levels. Which part of Tessitura controls this visibility? Is this a security configuration, or a Control Group issue, or something in Ticketing Setup?

The Mode of Sale you're using controls which QuickSale screen you default to. So, in theory, if you had a Mode of Sale just for this user group, you could limit what they can see in QuickSale. You can also add links to other QuickSale screens to your main one and people can navigate to it, instead of having a specific MOS. Hope that helps.
