We are doing our subscription rollover and ran into the limitation of the standard rollover only allowing packages to be rolled into the same facility as they were previous. We need it to go into a new facility that we built. Has anyone done this?

Hi Sean,
This does happen fairly regularly, but unfortunately there is no super easy way to do it. You are going to have to manually seat people in the new facility. There are a few strategies in the Package Administration document (I’d add a link but I’m away from my desk and short on time). A new strategy, that maybe I should add to the doc now that I think about it, is to use the Order Export and Order Import utilities. You could rollover into dummy performances, export the orders, change the perfs and seat assignments to new facility perfs and seat locations, import the orders into the new facility dummy performances, and then rollover from the new facility dummy perfs to the final new facility packages.
