We are faced with the wonderful problem of running out of seats on the compsite map for a fixed seat subscription package due to a number of single ticket sales.
I am interested in switching to a non-fixed seat package for new subscribers; however, because we run Express Web, we cannot offer both fixed seat (for other series) and non-fixed seat (for the series in question) package types at the same time. (At least, if I understand the Communications Manager and the documenation accurately.)
Any ideas on ways to best accomodate my new subscribers?
