How do you set up an exchange fee to be calculated automatically on a per seat level? I have the fee rules applied to be used in "Exchange" transaction type. When I process the order an exchange fee shows up in the fee line item tab but without the amount. Thanks for your help!

Do you have the fee calculation rules set to the performance seat level and a fee amount?
I haven’t seen it actually show up without an amount.
