We did a bath print to file and just noticed that the salutation max characters was around 39 characters. I took a look at the ticket design and there is no salutation element on it. I guess the default salutation is 39 characters? Are the salutation elements in ticket design under "Account" also 39 characters or do they print all of the characters?
