Need some help from folks who do children shows more regularly that we do. Marketing is looking to offer a Buy a Regular Ticket get a Child Ticket Free.
In setting up a pricing rule I can get it to fire for one to one. It fails on 2 regular to 1 child, 1 regular to 2 child (only wanting to discount 1 child ticket) and 2 regular to 2 child.
I'm using:
Multiple Price Type
Action Mode: Price Change - 100% Discount; Respect Minimum Price (as to not discount the regular ticket)
Criteria: Purchase 1 to 1 seats at price type Regular AND purchase 1 to 1 seats at price type Child
Apply the rules to a maximum of 1 seats at the first set of price types
Apply the rules to a maximum of 1 seats at the second set of price types
Any help would be appreciated.
