Hello all,
We’d like to restrict the delivery method options by performance. Is there an ‘easy’ way of doing this? For example, rental productions in our theatres don’t have PAHT, and we’d like to remove that option from the web purchase path for those performances. Same with gift certificates.
Thanks for your insight,
-p.

We used a web content element "Allow Print at Home" with the values of "Yes" and "No". Our web developer then programmed in that if any of the performances in the order returned a value of "No" then the Print at Home deliver method is suppressed.

Any thoughts on restricting PAHT for other modes of sale besides web? Currently we are using a sales note on the performance, but would like it to be more user friendly for the reps.
Hi Michele,
I'm curious if you found a solution to this issue? I know with TNEW v5 we can restrict the delivery methods but I'm looking for a way to restrict the delivery method for specific performances/venues within the client.
Thanks!Short
Also looking for solutions within the client. We had thought about making the Perf Info required in perf set-up, so that the Info button would be red in the Order - but this is a hassle for the operators and does not feel like a real solution.
I am wondering if service interceptors could be a solution...
thanks!
