Hi all
We need to start importing external ticket agency barcodes to use with NSCAN, however I am struggling with the Section mapping. For example, we have Stalls Centre Left and Stalls Centre Right (so that the correct door prints on tickets) but the agencies only sell these as Centre Stalls. Can anyone give me any advice as to how I can match this to the correct section in tessitura, without having to go through each spreadsheet row by row and updating to our sections? I know there is a match up function in TR_IMPORT_SECTION_MATCHUP but as the agencies list both our CSL and CSR as one section, I don't think I can make this work.
Anyone else import agency sales and have this issue?
