Converting WC spaces to standard seats subject to demand - anyone do this?

Hi,

Does anyone convert any remaining Wheelchair positions that have not been booked to standard seats closer to the event date?

And how would this work on TNEW as we have a facility map with those seats marked as WC so online would still show as WC etc?

    Hi Andy, we do this when we are down to single tickets for an event. However, we do not convert the ADA locations through TNew. I would think that would require a facility map update which would then convert any other productions associated with that facility.

    We typically do these sales internally through our Box Office. This allows us to explain that our seats are removable and not our usually bolted down fixed seating. At this point in time we have a wait-list so we contact the patrons that have been wanting to purchase. Hope this helps.
