Hi All,
We're thinking of offering an online order system for prepaid items in our concession. Example: Order a prepaid sandwich to be picked prior to the performance. Does anyone do this? Also prepaid parking, drinks, etc.
I have an idea how I would like to do this but I'm always looking for other ideas.

We do that with a few things, like our valet passes. But everything we do involves using the custom precart functionality for TNEW and custom pages that I built. So in order to implement something similar to what we have would either require staff well versed in coding or else involving the Tessitura Consulting services. But if you want just a sort of simple sample, we offer prepaid valet passes to our main venue, so when someone adds tickets to one of those events to their cart, they are then taken to the page which upsells them valet as well. Happy to talk through more details of how ours works if desired, but, as I said, it is customized and code heavy.
