Hi Amy,

Do you have the GA Ind box checked for the best seat map you are using
in the facility? If so, try unchecking it and see if that fixes it. If
that isn’t the problem, then I think this is a help ticket. Actually,
even if that does fix it, I think you should open a help ticket because
you should be able to reserve a single seat for general admission best
seating, so it’s an issue worth reporting.
