Best Seating not working for only 1 ticket

Hello,

 

We are having a problem that when you are ordering a single ticket for a general admission area, for a specific group of performances, you cannot use the "best seat" feature for this. However, if you change the quantity to 2 or more its perfectly fine. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

I have checked over the facility set up and the best seat map seems totally fine to me. I am not sure if I am missing something somewhere?

  • Hi Amy,

     

    Do you have the GA Ind box checked for the best seat map you are using in the facility?  If so, try unchecking it and see if that fixes it.  If that isn’t the problem, then I think this is a help ticket.  Actually, even if that does fix it, I think you should open a help ticket because you should be able to reserve a single seat for general admission best seating, so it’s an issue worth reporting.
