My museum uses the Order Export Utility report to generate barcodes to scan for visitors that don't bring them to events (we export an excel and then do the mail merge in Word). For some reason, I am following the instructions Tessitura gave us to a T, but the final report ends up pulling multiple events even though in the "Performance" drop downs I only click on the single performance I need.
Ex: Our First Friday Event
Season: FY23 Social, Productions: First Friday, Performance: February 3rd First Friday SOC020323, Performance Start and End Dates: 2/3/2023 to 2/3/2023, Order Dates: 1/7/2023 to 1/29/2023 (today)
Even though I am extremely specific in just wanting that one performance, the end report will pull performances from October all the way through to this performance. How do I stop that from happening?
