I'm not sure this is possible but we are wanting folks who purchase a regular priced ticket to be able to get a free set of commemorative coasters. Has anyone figured out how to use the Add On Plug In to add to cart based on a price type triggered by a promo code?
Hello Kara!
This is Iliana with Tessitura Network Support. We’re happy to assist you with this question. I’ve created a Support ticket where we’ll work with you to find a resolution to this question. We’ll also relay our findings from that ticket in this forum post, but if you have any other questions or concerns in the meanwhile please let us know.

Hi Kara,
This is Trevor Starkey with the Tessitura Support team. As mentioned in the support ticket my colleague Iliana created, unfortunately, it doesn't look like we have any options that will add the product automatically. There is an Idea posted for this on our Community Ideas board for future consideration for our developers if you would like to go and upvote it so it can potentially be added in the future.
Other than that, our best option would probably be the Add On Rule (in Two Steps) that is detailed in the TNEW Pricing Rules Recipe Book. You can create a Message Only Rule on the regular performance that highlights they can add a free set of commemorative coasters and a link directly to a "Commemorative Coasters" event (HTML is accepted so you have include a picture of the coasters alongside the link). Then you would have the Price Change Rule reduce the price of the coasters to $0. The patron would still have to go through the step of manually adding the coasters to their order but this would provide a relatively easy option for this.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
