Hi team,
Is there a way to override the eticket release date? I need to test a print at home ticket, but we're utilizing the eticket release date feature and I can't seem to push a PAH ticket past it to send out. I'm worried that if I remove the release date, all tickets for that performance will send out, and, understandably, that is not what I want.

Safest way in my mind would be to find an MOS on that performance that has no other PAH/eticket sales (or maybe just add one not in use there yet), put your order in that MOS and update that one only. At least, I think that would work. We do not really use that functionality much here, so I am less confident of the finer details.

I setup a Phone-Manager MOS at the request of our box office management team. She adds it to almost every show that way she can give herself early access to tickets so she can process donor and VIP requests before on sale, while leaving sales turned off for the other staff and the added benefit of an earlier E-Ticket Release date. I know doing this just to test an e-ticket once seems cumbersome, but I can attest that John's suggestion has come in handy for us in more ways than one.
