We are trying to streamline our process or the request of a source, promo code, and list for targeted emails. We wondered if anyone has an internal request form that we could borrow. I am thinking it should include the following information: requestor, date, suggested promo code, media type (email, postcard, etc), promotion begin and end date, media date, etc. Thank you for any help you can provide.
For a Discount Code Request form (aka, Promo Code), we have been using a fillable word doc. I don't love it, because sometimes our requesters don't know whether their request should be a Promo Code, Comp Reason, Pricing Rule, or simple price change (ie: special free days coordinated by marketing). I'm in process of converting all my ticketing request forms to Cognito forms, where I can use conditional logic to guide the request process a bit.
