I've submitted a support ticket as well, but haven't been able to diagnose what's going on. We're on RAMP. As of yesterday (1.1.23), our Timed Admission Production Season switched to 2023. When that happened, TNEW purchases began displaying only an incorrect Delivery Method online:
Normally, it would be 'Email/Scannable Ticket', which is the only Delivery Method associated with Web Modes of Sale:
I checked all the settings I can think of, but haven't seen why this year's Prod Season is different than last year's.
TNEW purchases (paid and comp) are also displaying an error message in place of the cart/receipt page:
We've never seen this error before, and haven't been able to diagnose what's happening. The TNEW admin settings for this year's Timed Admission Prod Season and last year's are the same, as far as I can tell.
Could it be Ticketing Setup -> Modes of Sale - Default Delivery Method has been changed? You could scroll to the right and sort by Modified date. Otherwise, maybe the Paht Shipping Method setting in LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_DEFAULTS system table?
The default Delivery Methods have been unchanged- that was my first thought.
The WEB_DEFAULTS page hasn't been touched in years, but that was a good thought for sure. I'll keep checking!
How about a change in LTR_TNEW_DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD? This sounds like a change in a system table to me.
That's been static, too. It does sound like something fundamental got switched, but I can't think of what it would be.
So on that. Are there any other lines in there (like pricetype) that may throw it for a loop. Conflicts in the
LTR_TNEW_DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD can make for wierd responses.
All the Price Types we use this year were also used last year. As far as I can tell, there are no structural differences between Prod Seasons (Perf Time and some other minor labels were the only changes).
