We cancelled an outdoor GA event last night and told people to bring their tickets to future date to be allowed entry. We use NSCAN devices. I added the perf id from last night into the device profile system table. But we get an error having facility ids and perf ids at the same time. Has anyone done this before?
Check that the Facility id is in the Facility Str column for that device in TR_NSCAN_PROFILES. This gets us every time we create a new facility.
